• Provide virtual care for patients with diabetes and general endocrine disorders • Manage routine, acute, and complex endocrine conditions, such as Diabetes, Thyroid disorders, Pituitary disorders, and Adrenal disorders. • Interpret diagnostic studies and develop individualized treatment plans • Manage insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) therapies • Collaborate with advanced practice clinicians, nurses, diabetes educators, and support staff • Complete timely documentation, coding, and billing within Epic
• MD, DO or foreign equivalent • Residency trained in Internal Medicine and Fellowship trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology • Must hold or obtain Maryland medical licensure and DEA and be eligible for Delaware licensure and DEA • Must have strong virtual communication and patient engagement skills, including comfort using video technology • Telehealth experience preferred
