• Play an integral role within our Digital Team, requiring deep experience and understanding of Paid Search activation and strategy. • Serve several clients who work with us across channels, with varying budgets, maturity and expectations. • Set up, monitor and optimize Paid Search campaigns and report back to clients on key trends. • Be passionate about Paid Search and be able to independently dissect and manage campaigns. • Focus on Google and Microsoft Ads, as well as campaign management using Search Ads 360. • Ensure best practices are in place, delivering strong performance and managing client relationships.
• Experience in expert-level paid search activation across major platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360. • Confident in using tools such as Google Analytics and strong working knowledge measurement and tracking. • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Editor to manage, audit and scale complex accounts independently. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex technical search concepts for internal and external stakeholders. • A proven track record in performance marketing to hit KPI’s and drive measurable growth. • Line management experience where you have managed and developed Account Executives, ensuring that they are given the direction and skills to exceed clients expectations. • Experience with search planning tools such as search web would also be a plus.
