📋 Description

• Manage, prioritize, and fulfill incoming requests related to reporting, order management, and ad-hoc analytics across the organization • Partner with senior leadership to build, maintain, and refine complex data models • Streamline data outputs so leadership can focus on performance trends, gaps, and actionable solutions • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce and Gong dashboards and scorecards • Prepare and validate goal sheets aligned to assigned quotas • Model and validate SPIFF incentives • Track Champion's Club qualification • Ensure compensation-related data accuracy and support accurate, timely commission processing by Finance • Assist with territory management, ratio file updates, and routine pipeline health checks • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and the Field to ensure reporting is consistent, reliable, and actionable

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ability to translate business questions into technical reporting requirements • Proven expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Gong reporting environments • Ability to manage a rapid-response support queue while maintaining high standards for data accuracy and turnaround time • Ability to bridge technical data modeling and the strategic needs of sales leadership • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
