📋 Description
• Oversee and actively run the day-to-day order fulfilment operations for EMEA and other regions as assigned. • Serve as the primary escalation point for all order-related issues across EMEA. • Provide functional leadership, guidance, and best-practice support to the EMEA Order Management team. • Lead regional order management initiatives, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years relevant order management experience • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. • Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications
