📋 Description

• Supports the operations of the financial systems and technologies that support Wellstar, including Workday, UKG, and OnBase. • Support system upgrades, ensuring data integrity, resolving user issues, and optimizing financial system processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy through automation and other technical solutions. • Provide system consultation, guidance, and support as a vital link between Finance and other key stakeholder groups. • Supports the Finance team and other teams with configuration changes in Workday and other applications. • Recommends process changes and innovative solutions to improve user experience and customer service • Partners with IT resources on Finance Applications and third-party consulting firms by initiating cases, testing changes, reviewing business process changes, and approving for production. • Communicates cases and project status with users and ensures timely response and resolution of all issues. • Maintains data integrity in the Workday Finance workstreams and completes requests for data correction, organization moves, position updates. • Acts as backup to the maintenance, running, and troubleshooting of allocations and EIBs. • Trains new Finance team users on Workday functionality and creates General Ledger user job aids as needed for employees.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years work experience in technology and/or healthcare • Experience in mentoring and facilitating system operations owners. • Project/resource planning • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and the ability to research and resolve problems • Use of sound judgment in assessing situations and problems • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to deal with multiple high priority issues simultaneously • Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability • Ability to function independently within the team environment • Excellent rapport and relationship building skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Intermediate proficiency in SQL • Accounting knowledge and Financial Systems knowledge required
