📋 Description

• Build and operate an estate agency business as a Yopa franchise Territory Owner • Manage a designated postcode territory • Grow the business without limits • Value and list homes • Guide customers through the buying and selling journey to completion • Generate and manage sales leads • Set own commission rates with No Sale, No Fee • Manage own agenda and working hours • Build local visibility through marketing and sponsorship programmes • Work with Territory Managers, Personal Property Adviser, Contact Centres, Learning and Development team, Regional Director, colleagues, and other business owners

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in estate agency • Proven track record valuing and listing homes • Ability to see the buying and selling journey through to completion • Exceptional customer service skills • Willingness to help customers outside office hours • Self-starter with drive to build a long-term business • Passion for owning and operating an estate agency business
