• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. • 10+ years of proven sales/account management experience with strong results. • Deep expertise in Fire / Voice / EL products and market knowledge. • Strong leadership experience in guiding and mentoring technical sales teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels. • Proficiency in CRM, SAP, Tableau, Nex and data-driven decision-making. • Fluency in German and English (C1 level required).
