• Partner with business leaders to develop People & Culture strategy • Drive the implementation of programs and systems • Facilitate organization design and compensation discussions • Enhance performance, compensation, and leadership development programs • Foster a strong organizational culture during growth
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in HR operations in a multi-state environment • Strong knowledge of compliance, benefits, and employee relations • Proven track record of developing leadership programs • Ability to shape organizational culture • Experience in talent acquisition processes • Executive presence in senior leadership discussions • Strategic thinking and operational execution skills
