📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing customer-focused advice to customers from heating contractors by phone and in person • Supporting field service colleagues across the wider service area • Participating in the on-call rota to provide customers with rapid support • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a SHK systems mechanic (HVAC/plumbing/heating), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Category B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and an interest in heating solutions
