📋 Description

• Manage and build a new customer base in the Western Germany region • Active new customer acquisition in the HVAC sector with a focus on modern climate control and HVAC system solutions • Provide technical advice to customers from the initial inquiry through project implementation and handover to project execution • Design and engineer systems and solutions in coordination with internal specialist departments • Prepare, price and follow up on quotations • Conduct contract and price negotiations • Maintain and document all sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) • Monitor the market and competitors within the sales territory • Work closely with technical, service and project execution teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a comparable position in refrigeration and HVAC technology • Solid technical knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems • Experience in customer support and project-based work • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) • Structured, independent and results-oriented working style • Strong communication and negotiation skills • High customer orientation and professional appearance • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Class B driver's license
