• Conduct multiple daily sales calls via Google Meet with warm leads • Maintain a high close rate through effective consultative selling • Follow up with select prospects to secure deals when needed • Collect payments and finalize client enrollment • Transition closed clients to the fulfillment team for tutor matching • Stay organized and manage pipeline effectively • Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching • Conduct structured, consultative sales calls with prospective clients • Identify client needs and align them with the appropriate tutoring solution • Confidently present pricing and handle objections • Close deals and collect payment during or shortly after the call • Ensure a smooth handoff to the client success and tutoring teams • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activity and performance metrics • Continuously improve sales approach through training and feedback • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-ticket environment • Strong closing ability with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets • Confidence and presence in virtual sales conversations • High mental resilience and ability to handle rejection without losing momentum • Competitive, performance-driven mindset with a focus on results • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to manage multiple calls and opportunities simultaneously • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
