📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed acquisition, retention and revenue targets. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking. • Create acquisition opportunities by introducing Cars Commerce to prospects in your assigned territory, nurture prospects and facilitate the proposal process. • Master and train dealers on the digital car dealership ecosystem and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that Cars Commerce Canada transparently produces to demonstrate and benchmark the value of its delivered products and services. • Conduct monthly performance reviews with customers, present identified opportunities and propose solutions to upsell products or services. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Work with customer support personnel to implement digital solutions. • Update sales CRM every day, participate in a weekly session with the sales director and participate in product sessions. • Prepare and deliver presentations on services to potential clients. • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote Cars Commerce services.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the automotive or digital solutions industry. • Proven retention and technical skills in supporting existing customers when required. • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, digital solutions, digital leads management and digital advertising trends. • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales. • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to create and deliver presentations and performance reviews tailored to the audience's needs. • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. • A passion for the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with its trends and challenges. • At least 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a digital agency. • Understanding of the automotive market, customer behavior, and the sales cycle. • Driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed. • Familiarity with the latest digital trends and digital advertising strategies in the automotive sector. • Strong ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies. • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations. • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple accounts and assignments.
