📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients • Build strong, trusted client relationships • Lead Annual Business Reviews and strategic discussions with senior HR, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders • Understand client goals and align solutions accordingly • Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations • Drive adoption of behavioral health, chronic condition management, and care navigation programs • Improve engagement, care utilization, and total cost of care • Guide clients through program design, configuration, and optimization • Provide expertise on benefits administration, practice management workflows, and union-related considerations • Identify and address performance gaps with proactive solutions • Partner with Product, Implementation, and Sales teams to advocate for client needs • Support renewals and expansion opportunities by articulating value and impact • Contribute to best practices and scalable Customer Success strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting • Experience working in or with practice management (health systems, clinics, or provider operations) • Experience working with labor unions or unionized populations • Strong understanding of healthcare benefits and/or digital health solutions • Strong understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare models • Experience supporting large, complex clients (enterprise or multi-stakeholder environments) preferred • Background working with benefits leaders, HR teams, or health plans preferred • Familiarity with collective bargaining environments and union dynamics preferred • Based in or near the Seattle area preferred
