🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of outbound cold calling/appointment setting experience. • At least 2 years of recent roofing campaign experience (actively working on roofing lead generation or appointment setting campaigns). • C1 English level – clear, confident, and persuasive on live calls. • Equipment: Desktop or laptop with 8GB+ RAM, USB headset, wired internet (stable, low ping), working camera (❌ No Chromebooks or tablets).
