• Manage the enterprise initiative roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management • Ensure initiatives are intentionally paced and communicated without overloading the organization • Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and tracking systems for visibility into project activity • Own the firm’s initiative execution infrastructure, including Monday.com, as the system of record • Translate enterprise priorities into coordinated execution and communications plans • Lead priority initiatives end-to-end, from work plan design through implementation • Build project plans, timelines, ownership structures, change management strategies, communications calendars, and accountability mechanisms • Monitor performance, track outcomes, and lead executive reporting and readouts • Design and institutionalize a consistent change management approach • Define and track adoption metrics focused on behavior change • Identify resistance, misalignment, and change fatigue and recommend solutions • Establish feedback loops and listening mechanisms to assess organizational readiness and internal communications effectiveness • Partner with Operations Office leadership, executive sponsors, and strategic initiative leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field • Master’s degree a plus • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience • Preference for previous work in change management, project management, or operations • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution from planning through implementation • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate dependencies, and balance organizational capacity • Experience driving change initiatives focused on adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes • Understanding of the nonprofit sector, fundraising, and/or professional services preferred • Experience collaborating with diverse leaders and developing unifying solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience using metrics or dashboards to track performance and outcomes • Monday.com experience preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
