• Position to expand client base and ensure delivery of top-tier talent for clients. • Proactively identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of businesses seeking recruitment services. • Develop and deliver compelling pitches to secure partnerships with prospective clients. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate with the back-office team to create strategies and campaigns for lead generation and brand positioning. • Build good relationships with customers through open communication, regular updates, quality deliverables and professional attitude. • Analyze customer requirements and support in developing job descriptions when necessary. • Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Conduct pre-screening, filtering, and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment between job descriptions and candidate profiles. • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. • Build and maintain a talent pool to meet immediate and future client needs. • Work jointly and support the rest of the team toward exceeding company and individual targets (deadlines, number of placed candidates, target revenue and generated business leads).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in African & European market is a must. • Experience in remote work is preferred. • Proven experience in technical recruitment and business development. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. • Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing. • Results-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and meet targets. • Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and full 360 recruitment. • 5-10 years of experience in recruitment and sales related roles.
