• Drive hospital system growth • Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL’s presence across key markets • Acquire and expand accounts • Identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and increase utilization within existing hospital partners • Manage contracts and accounts • Oversee agreements from negotiation through implementation and ongoing account management • Enhance the customer experience • Strengthen long-term partnerships by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness • Collaborate cross-functionally • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth initiatives and product expansion • Leverage market insight • Develop a strong understanding of CDL’s business model, performance drivers, and hospital market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred • Healthcare sales experience • 3 to 5 years of experience selling into hospital systems, with exposure to IDNs and GPOs • Account management expertise • Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver client-focused solutions • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong Microsoft Office skills • Ability to travel up to 75 percent • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
