📋 Description
• Manage the overall customer credit risk portfolio • Assess and approve new customer credit applications • Review existing customer accounts regularly • Identify high-risk accounts and recommend actions • Partner with commercial and sales teams to support growth • Produce dashboards, reports, and management information on credit risk • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four direct reports • Manage relationships with external credit insurers • Drive continuous improvement in credit risk processes
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in a Credit Risk Manager, Credit Manager, or similar role • Strong knowledge of trade credit risk, customer onboarding, credit assessments, and portfolio management • Experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, payment behaviour, and market data • Excellent stakeholder management skills
