📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives for the Encounter Business Operations department • Focus initiatives on regulatory compliance, encounter quality, and operational process improvement • Coordinate communication and drive initiatives to completion across multiple markets • Optimize encounter business operational performance by aligning policy, process, and technology • Provide policy guidance on encounter initiatives and consider end-to-end processes • Organize work teams, establish project plans, facilitate meetings, build consensus, document recommendations, and oversee implementation • Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skills to identify potential solutions • Use project management software including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • Lead staff responsible for initiatives and support their development, completion, and communication • Assist project leaders with facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management issues • Write and deliver communications across the organization • Provide related support to improve business performance • Perform other assigned duties and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • Master's Degree in a related field preferred • 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required • Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting, and facilitating required • Prior experience working with encounters data and processes highly preferred • Data Analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in Excel highly preferred • Managed care and/or payer experience highly preferred • Ability and comfort level presenting and storytelling with data highly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills highly preferred • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • Candidates will be considered nationally
