📋 Description

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of statewide marketing and communication programs • Conduct member outreach and education programs, including coordinating and creating member materials • Assist in designing, reviewing, and revising health-related materials distributed to members • Participate in community events and coordinate booth setup at sponsored events • Assist with presentations to community members on benefits, available services, and health topics • Ensure completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff for all service areas • Serve as a contact for community agencies, businesses, fundraisers, and community events

🎯 Requirements

• Reside within 45 minutes of Indianapolis, IN • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of public relations, marketing, or customer service experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel 75%, including evenings and weekends • Valid driver's license • Health care experience preferred • Strong history of community engagement, partner relationship building, event planning, timeliness, and completing projects in a fast-paced work environment preferred • Comfortable presenting to members, receiving feedback or concerns, finding solutions, and collaborating with other departments preferred • Medicaid product knowledge preferred • Experience in sponsorship management highly ideal
