📋 Description
• Perform advisory and project design and implementation services for HCM and other customer business needs using Oracle Cloud Applications • Manage the solution and the client’s requirements in line with the delivery plan • Promote a strong working relationship and team spirit within the Grant Thornton and customer project team • Assist the Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Finance Lead with the delivery of all key milestones • Contribute to thought leadership around Oracle HCM Cloud • Assist in business development and practice development for the Enterprise Applications practice
🎯 Requirements
• Multiple years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing multiple industry clients • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud design, configuration and implementation, or at least 2 completed end to end Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefit projects • Your HCM experience should cover core HCM Cloud functionality as well as compensation, ideally also at least one other additional area such as Cloud learning, Talent or Recruit • Exposure to Oracle Fast formulas • Evidence of appropriate Oracle vendor formal training, skills development, and certification • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics and reports • Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects • Strong leadership skills • Ability to engage and respond effectively to client’s senior stakeholder groups • Ability to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% if necessary
