📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Certa implementations • Translate client TPRM frameworks, risk processes, and business requirements into scalable, best-practice configurations • Own solution blueprints and technical design documentation • Design and build workflow automation, intake forms, approval routing, risk scoring models, reporting, and integration patterns • Drive implementations toward high-quality, on-time go-live • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions across procurement, compliance, legal, IT, and risk • Advise clients on TPRM, supplier onboarding, and procurement automation best practices • Facilitate process-mapping and gap-analysis exercises • Manage client expectations around scope, feasibility, and trade-offs • Produce solution documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge-transfer materials • Support and mentor junior Implementation Consultants through technical guidance and design reviews • Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and playbooks • Stay current on platform releases and emerging TPRM, ESG, and procurement trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in TPRM, vendor/supplier management, procurement, GRC, or supply chain operations • Solid understanding of the enterprise vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, contract management, and off-boarding • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or DORA • 3+ years of hands-on implementation consulting delivering enterprise SaaS or workflow automation • Proven track record leading full-cycle implementations from discovery through go-live at complex enterprise clients • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Proficiency configuring no-code/low-code workflow or BPM platforms such as Certa, Appian, Pega, Salesforce, or ServiceNow • Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and data import/export • Ability to read JSON/XML • Awareness of TPRM/procurement technology such as Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Archer, or OneTrust • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalents • Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts for business stakeholders and business context for technical teams • Structured analytical thinking and comfort with ambiguity • Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • Client-centric commitment to delivering value and building long-term trusted relationships
