📋 Description

• Develop and execute the overall referral and affiliate marketing strategy to drive new user acquisition and retention. • Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate and referral programs. • Work closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to optimize program performance and user experience. • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and influencers within the crypto and fintech ecosystem. • Analyze program metrics and performance data to optimize ROI and scalability. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and enhance the technical functionality of the referral program. • Research market trends and competitor programs to identify new opportunities for innovation. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or affiliate marketing, preferably within crypto, fintech, or tech startups. • Proven track record of managing referral or affiliate programs with measurable success. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.). • Understanding of crypto market dynamics, blockchain technology, and user acquisition funnels. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • English B1
