📋 Description

• Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing across the AI, crypto, and fintech landscape • Develop creative sourcing strategies including referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for R&D roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close • Manage a high-volume requisition load for Engineering and Product roles in EMEA • Deliver a personalised, transparent, and efficient candidate experience • Partner with R&D leaders to calibrate expectations and share market insights on talent availability and compensation • Flag hiring risks early to keep plans on schedule • Use pipeline health, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness data to guide decisions • Champion diversity and inclusion in every search • Act as a talent partner to hiring managers across R&D teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring technical talent, such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and Product Managers • Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability through direct outreach • High AI proficiency for building pipeline, workflows, processes, and documentation • Experience recruiting technical talent within SaaS, AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity sectors • Experience with fast-paced companies building technically complex products • Consistent use of data to inform decisions and advise hiring managers • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers, communicate market realities, and guide data-informed decisions • Experience recruiting for Blockchain companies with a focus on Engineering roles is an additional asset • Background at a high-growth scale-up technology company is an additional asset • Track record hiring technical roles in Denmark, Israel, UK, and USA is an additional asset • Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Nova AI, GitHub, CoderPad, Google Suite, Slack, and Chain AI • Necessary permits/authorization to work in the UK • Application asks whether UK employment sponsorship will be required
