📋 Description

• Develop software-based digital tools and solutions for clients and internal design workflows • Perform hands-on coding and development using real-time 3D tools such as Unity • Contribute to digital design projects from conception to completion • Create prototype tools, products, and early design proof of concepts • Create, edit, and optimise 3D models, renders, visualisations, and BIM file workflows • Provide digital design input for VR visualisations, interactive modelling, and bespoke digital solutions • Collaborate with design disciplines and internal teams on digital projects • Maintain and improve internal digital design tools and products • Work with external programmers, developers, and graphic designers on collaborative projects • Research technology applications across sectors, especially intersections of technology and theatricality • Conduct independent research and expand knowledge of digital technology, theatre, and construction • Potentially lead a specific product as skills and experience develop

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in computer programming, computational architecture, game development, design research, technical design, or a related field • Experience with C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar coding languages • Experience with 3D CAD software and basic renders or animations, such as AutoCAD, 3DS Studio Max, or Blender • Experience with Unity • Experience with collaborative tools such as Miro, Asana, Figma, and G Suite • Portfolio demonstrating architectural renders and venue concepts • Experience with agile working methodologies • Experience with real-time 3D platforms such as Unreal Engine • Basic ability to convey UX design ideas visually • Experience with version control such as GitHub or Unity Version Control • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React • Familiarity with WebGL or Three.js is a plus • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is advantageous, not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Interest in architectural design, live events, theatre, or experiential spaces
