📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority within Chatham’s AI Consulting Practice • Ensure that solutions are architecturally sound and aligned with enterprise technology standards • Act as the primary liaison between the AI Consulting Practice and the core Onyx engineering organization • Participate in early-stage scoping and design reviews for new client engagements • Guide technology decisions related to resiliency, scalability, and operational support requirements • Define and promote authentication, authorization, and data classification practices • Evaluate buy-versus-build technology decisions • Partner with teams to support infrastructure provisioning • Plan, prepare, and execute solution transition activities to the broader Chatham technology organization • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle • Contribute to the continued evolution of Onyx platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles • Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications and services within Microsoft Azure environments • Working knowledge of Python and C#/.NET development frameworks • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and modern API-driven application architectures • Experience designing authentication and authorization solutions • Understanding of large language model (LLM) integration patterns • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub Actions • Strong communication skills • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
