📋 Description

• Own process and pipeline for 5–10 high-priority searches, initially focused on building top-of-funnel candidate pools • Build job descriptions and interview loops with hiring managers • Define hiring needs, clarify success criteria, and engage top talent • Partner with hiring teams from intake through hiring decisions • Shape roles, lead intake conversations, challenge assumptions, and align teams on standards and needs • Maintain accurate data and process hygiene in Ashby • Leverage Ashby’s AI-augmented sourcing, search, and pipeline tools • Keep pipelines moving and improve hiring decisions while maintaining candidate engagement • Set and maintain a high performance bar for talent • Make strong long-term staffing decisions and avoid negotiation traps • Work openly with hiring managers and participate actively in recruiting channels • Partner with the Head of People and Lead Recruiter on hiring loops, compensation structures, training programs, and executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including experience in-house in a growing tech company • Technical recruiting experience is a must; experience across other functions is a plus • Fluency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox • Strong sourcing skills, including creative outbound messaging and structured follow-up sequencing • Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting: TOFU, candidate communications, interview coordination, interviewer alignment, closing strategy, and offer management • Clear, direct communication and exceptional storytelling • Strong judgment and ability to maintain a high bar under time pressure • AI fluency, including leveraging AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening, and decision-making • Bias toward visibility and working in the open • Comfort with ambiguity • Eligibility to work in the United States
