📋 Description

• Development (and maintenance) of a new Change Management site/portal for the division. • Works with process owners to ascertain their needs and suggest possible solutions. • Establishes new SharePoint sites for development projects and manage access. • Serves as team lead or as a contributing member of large SharePoint projects as necessary. • Enhances and update existing communication portals (e.g., SharePoint and intranet sites). • Creates automated forms on SharePoint. • Creates workflow processes on KSN SharePoint. • Creates master repository. • Develops metrics tracking from SharePoint data. • Creates and organizes files on shared drive. • Creates and organizes FAA Knowledge Service Network (KSN) Sites. • Implements Power BI Gateway. • Develops Power BI applications and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a customer clearance and background investigation for access to facilities, equipment and property. • Demonstrated Experience working with the following: • SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2019 • Power Apps, Power Automate and DataVerse • Power BI and Tableau • SharePoint online (5 years or more experience is preferred) • Proficient with Microsoft TEAMs • Ability to work effectively with others to achieve goals. • Ability to organize work, set priorities, handle multiple projects and complete assignments within the established timelines. • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
