📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing and deploying generative AI solutions. • Your primary mission will be to create and orchestrate AI agent flows together with business teams, ensuring that solutions meet the specific needs of different teams. • You will work on prompt optimization, implementation of agent pipelines, and construction of custom knowledge bases that support use cases. • Part of your role will also include tracking the performance of AI solutions, defining evaluation metrics, proposing continuous improvements, and working closely with more experienced engineers and data scientists to evolve the solutions. • This position involves direct collaboration in maintaining the existing technical infrastructure (such as APIs, containers, and CI/CD), contributing to the robustness, scalability, and reliability of generative AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in MLE/MLOps/Machine Learning engineering (minimum ~3 years in the field); • Hands-on experience deploying AI agent solutions, with at least 6 months of direct involvement in projects involving generative AI and LLMs; • Knowledge in designing and tuning prompts for generative AI, building agentic RAG solutions using low-code tools, model performance analysis with LLM observability tools, and quantitative and qualitative evaluation of RAG- and LLM-based solutions; • Experience in Python, API development, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized solutions. • NICE TO HAVE: • Conversational AI; • Programming languages such as Java/Kotlin/JVM; • GCP experience; • Experience with business rules; • Basic infrastructure knowledge (Kubernetes, Terraform).
