📋 Description

• Manage portfolio planning, forecasting, reporting, governance execution, and decision-support activities supporting the U.S. Branch Network • Integrate financial, operational, and portfolio information across Real Estate Services functions • Translate strategic direction and portfolio objectives into planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance activities • Develop insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials for investment planning, prioritization, funding decisions, portfolio execution, and investment opportunity evaluation • Identify portfolio risks, opportunities, dependencies, and funding impacts and communicate findings to leadership • Lead forecasting, planning, and budget management for Real Estate Services programs and U.S. Branch Network real estate investments • Support annual planning, multi-year investment outlooks, financial reviews, forecasting assumptions, financial governance, expense management, and reporting • Optimize portfolio funding through forecasting, investment pipeline monitoring, and improved utilization of approved funding • Execute governance processes and portfolio review routines established by Real Estate Services leadership and the Financial Planning Unit • Oversee executive reporting, dashboards, portfolio analytics, scenario analyses, and investment performance updates • Monitor portfolio performance, project readiness, funding availability, and key approvals • Promote stakeholder accountability through structured reporting, governance, and portfolio oversight • Partner across Asset Management, Design & Construction, Facilities Management, Transactions, Finance, and U.S. Branch Network leadership • Support process improvements that enhance governance, operational efficiency, investment readiness, and speed-to-market • Promote financial, operational, and governance controls; assess and escalate risks; ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements • Lead and coordinate a team responsible for forecasting, analytics, reporting, and portfolio support activities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate real estate, business analytics, program and portfolio management, or related disciplines • Demonstrated experience supporting complex investment portfolios, governance processes, forecasting activities, and cross-functional business initiatives • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support capabilities • Ability to synthesize complex information, align stakeholders, and drive informed decision-making across multiple functions • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, analytical reporting, and management of large datasets • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations and management reporting strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree preferred
