📋 Description

• Interact and collaborate with others across all levels of the Firm and on occasion with clients • Perform the quality control review of assurance engagements • Analyze observations and findings, perform root cause analysis, and proactively collaborate to develop process improvements • Be a technical resource for engagement teams assisting in research and consultation for the application of professional standards and generally accepted accounting principles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 6 years of experience in a public accounting environment or equivalent CPA or equivalent • Current on professional standards, Government Auditing Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and Uniform Guidance • Problem solver and solution provider • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Solid analytical and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate complex concepts to engagement teams and clients
