• 2 years of proven work experience in Sales or Business Development (in IT B2B or SaaS). • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or IT-related discipline. • Strong understanding of the sales process including prospecting, qualifying, and appointment setting. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks. • Fluent English (C1). • German, French or Russian would be considered an advantage. • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outreach tools. • Knowledge of enterprise software system sales (e.g. as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce or Oracle, etc.). • Interest in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
