📋 Description

• Lead the first phase of the customer lifecycle and provide guidance on platform configuration best practices • Identify expansion and upselling opportunities during implementation and collaborate with Client Success to capture new revenue • Anticipate onboarding roadblocks and propose creative, scalable solutions • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations for new and existing clients within established timelines • Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams as actionable platform insights • Contribute to a scalable deployment playbook • Design and deliver training webinars and on-site training sessions focused on user adoption • Maintain records in HubSpot and other internal tools • Ensure seamless handoff to post-implementation support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or strategic account management role (SaaS experience preferred) • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into a compelling narrative for customers • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and Google Suite • Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects with multiple moving parts and demanding stakeholders • BA/BS degree preferred • Project Management Professional certification highly preferred • Ability to work with school districts, state agencies, and foundations
