🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Holder • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and relevant local regulations. • Experience managing compensation, benefits, and HR compliance in Kenya • Familiarity with Kenyan HR tools and systems • Understanding of local recruitment practices • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently • Reliable internet connection and remote work readiness (min speed of 35 Mbps)
