📋 Description

• Run the project day-to-day; own delivery, pace, and quality • Work with architecture to shape the technical approach for AI / agentic systems on Azure • Lead technical design decisions and code direction in Python & TypeScript • Partner with the Technical Product Manager to translate business outcomes into a working solution • Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering practice • Engage client stakeholders with clarity and confidence

🎯 Requirements

• Tech lead experience on delivery-focused teams • Experience designing and building AI / agentic systems (LLM orchestration, tool use, RAG, evaluation) • Strong hands-on Python • Experience with React • Production experience on Azure (AKS, Functions, App Service, or equivalent) • Comfortable working with architects and business stakeholders • Good judgement on trade-offs in ambiguous, early-stage work
