📋 Description
• Build AI Agents using LangChain • Integrate AI Agents with the bank’s AI frontend and various backend systems and APIs • Mentor the team and help them deliver high quality outputs • Ability to follow clients standards and practices to ensure the agents are compliant and able to work • Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and development processes
🎯 Requirements
• Strong Python development skills with microservices experience • Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph • Experience with MCP and A2A, or at least working knowledge • Experience with AI observability platforms such as Langfuse, or at least working knowledge • Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) • Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests • Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
