📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the workstream • Partner closely with the architecture team to define and own the technical direction for AI and Agentic capabilities on Azure using python • Translate defined requirements into delivered solutions • Own delivery, pace, and technical quality for a defined workstream • Lead technical design in Python; own key technical decisions • Engage with workstream business stakeholders • Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar • Observe client policy and regulatory context that shapes delivery requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on Python skills • Production experience on Azure (AKS, Functions, App Service, or equivalent) • Designing and building AI / agentic systems (LLM orchestration, tool use, RAG, evaluation) • Prior Technical Lead experience on delivery-focused teams • Comfortable working with architects and business stakeholders • Experience working in client facing roles, with the ability to engage with UK-based client stakeholders
