📋 Description
• Aktive Neukundenakquise (Outbound, Follow-ups, Closing) • Verkauf unserer Recruiting-Dienstleistung an Unternehmen mit akutem Personalbedarf • Verhandlung & Abschluss von Vermittlungsaufträgen und Rahmenverträgen • Ownership über den gesamten Sales-Funnel – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Deal • Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios mit Wiederholungsgeschäft • Strategische Beratung von Entscheidern (HR, Geschäftsführung) • Enge Steuerung der Kandidatenprozesse bis zum erfolgreichen Placement
🎯 Requirements
