📋 Description
• Own product design across trading surfaces, from flow-level decisions to micro-interactions during active trades • Prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling • Work within the design system as it is built and identify where it needs to grow • Participate directly in product decisions • Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs • Design core trading surfaces including research, order entry, position management, and portfolio
🎯 Requirements
• Has shipped retail trading products with real users: equities, options, futures, crypto, some meaningful combination • Understands trading mechanics well enough to have strong opinions about where current products get it wrong • Strong craft and taste • Mobile design is required; this is not a desktop-only product • Can prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling; production coding is not expected, but Figma alone isn't enough • High autonomy • No ego
