📋 Description

• Proactively contact cities, municipalities, and districts by phone • Identify the right contacts, including mayors, managing directors, heads of administration, and HR decision-makers • Conduct professional initial calls and generate interest in the recruiting solution • Position Clementine Media as a competent partner • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team • Maintain contacts and call outcomes in Close CRM • Keep the pipeline up to date • Use, personalize, and continuously improve a proven call script • Actively optimize sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, telephone sales, or a comparable role (e.g., SDR, BDR, call agent, appointment setter), ideally in a B2B environment • Fluent German at native-speaker level • Professional, personable, and persuasive telephone manner • Comfortable with cold calling and resilient when handling rejection • Persistent, while demonstrating tact and sensitivity • Structured and self-directed working style • Able to maintain an overview even with high call volumes • Confident using CRM systems and digital tools • Experience in the public sector or selling to municipalities is a plus, but not required
