📋 Description

• Manages and executes multiple programs within assigned product offering to ensure all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. • Working cross-functional teams: account management, science, and other assigned stakeholders. • Serves as the product expert to deliver high quality experience and execution. • Understand program-level objectives and ensures program execution meets the objectives and expectations. • Applies critical thinking to develop and manage project timelines, based on the scope and delivery date. • Align with account management on overall timelines to meet the client expectations. • Collaborates effectively with internal shared services, external vendors and partners to provide exceptional services and deliverables to our clients. • Acquires and maintains knowledge of assigned clients' MLR process, standards, and timelines, stay attuned, and communicates changes to the process.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or 2-3 years’ experience within project and/or account management • Knowledge of and skills in managing program life cycles • Skill and ability in budget development • Basic understanding of project financials • Up to 25% of the time Domestic and international travel • Position requires work outside of normal business hours including nights and weekends
