📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance on SQL Server and Oracle databases (MongoDB as optional), covering design, deployment, optimization, and migration. • Advise clients on leveraging GCP Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, and GCVE for enterprise workloads. • Recommend best practices for system observability, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability. • Develop and review strategies for backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) aligned with business continuity goals. • Guide stakeholders through migration roadmaps, including assessment, planning, and execution strategies for moving workloads to GCP. • Identify and advise on performance tuning opportunities for databases and cloud-hosted applications. • Work closely with client executives, architects, and technical teams to align database and cloud strategies with business objectives. • Ensure compliance with cloud governance, security standards, and data management policies. • Provide thought leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams and client stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in SQL Server and Oracle database environments. • Hands-on or advisory experience with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, GCVE). • Strong knowledge of observability tools, backup, and DR planning. • Excellent communication and advisory skills for working with senior stakeholders.
