📋 Description

• Remote recruiter role to source, screen, and recruit commission-first outbound sales talent (BDRs) • Promote CloseAbility's opportunity across job boards, social media, and cold outreach • Review resumes and conduct pre-interview screenings to assess fit, drive, and communication ability • Manage candidate pipelines in Zoho Recruit • Hit weekly/monthly recruiting targets • Track hires and performance metrics for commission payouts and rev-share eligibility • Compensation includes monthly base, per-hire commission, and ongoing rev share

🎯 Requirements

• English Fluency: speak clear, confident, conversational English, neutral or American-accented tone • Internet Speed: minimum 150 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload and ability to prove speed • Reputation Check: Google name; past negative reviews considered • Zoho Recruit Experience: familiarity preferred or ability to pick up HR recruiting tools quickly • Job Board Expertise: knowledge of job boards for outbound sales and commission-first roles • Sales & Marketing Recruitment: proven experience recruiting B2B sales and marketing professionals, ideally commission-based roles • Performance-Driven Mindset: comfortable with income tied to output • Work Experience: 1-3 years (from listing)
