• Remote recruiter role to source, screen, and recruit commission-first outbound sales talent (BDRs) • Promote CloseAbility's opportunity across job boards, social media, and cold outreach • Review resumes and conduct pre-interview screenings to assess fit, drive, and communication ability • Manage candidate pipelines in Zoho Recruit • Hit weekly/monthly recruiting targets • Track hires and performance metrics for commission payouts and rev-share eligibility • Compensation includes monthly base, per-hire commission, and ongoing rev share
