📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Go (Golang) for AI voice and analytics workloads. • Design and implement microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable APIs (REST, gRPC). • Build systems handling real-time audio data, streaming pipelines, and AI integrations (speech-to-text, summarization, sentiment). • Work with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and message brokers like Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ. • Deploy and monitor production systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS / GCP. • Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to build reliable, high-throughput backend services. • Ensure observability, scalability, and fault tolerance across distributed systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience, including 3+ years with Go. • Strong understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, and networking fundamentals. • Experience designing microservices and cloud-native systems. • Hands-on with testing, profiling, and performance optimization. • Familiarity with monitoring and tracing tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). • Comfortable working with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based workflows.
