📋 Description
• Carry a personal sales quota and engage actively in prospecting • Identify and develop target account lists • Build relationships through cold outreach and networking • Create a sales playbook and metrics for success • Recruit and coach a sales team as the company scales
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of freight brokerage sales experience • Proven track record of building relationships and closing business • Ability to sell service, reliability, and relationships • Experience with TL, LTL, drayage, and intermodal • Skills in recruiting and coaching salespeople
