📋 Description

• Build, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Vite, React, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI). • Design and implement RESTful APIs that power internal tools and customer-facing features. • Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, with an understanding of both SQL and NoSQL data modeling. • Integrate with or build simple services around vector databases (e.g pgvector). • Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to translate requirements into working software. • Deploy and monitor services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes— you don’t need to be a DevOps expert but should be comfortable checking logs, restarts, and debugging live services. • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including expertise in React, TypeScript, and advanced JavaScript frameworks. • Strong experience in building distributed, scalable microservices with Python and FastAPI. • Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as solutions engineering or SME, is preferred. • Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions that drive customer success. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences, including delivering demos and product walkthroughs. • Ability to mentor both technical and non-technical team members. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced startup environment, including rapid prototyping, shipping GA (General Availability) products, and scaling solutions from early stage experiments to production ready applications. • Experience in building OpenAPI compliant SDKs is highly desirable.
