📋 Description

• Drive and enhance Coats’s ethics objectives • Support all aspects of the Group's whistleblowing process • Ensure ethical compliances are maintained across the Group • Help to build supplier code programs and ensure they are on track in line with the 2026 plan • Leverage on ethical and audit learnings to raise broader awareness and improvements • Liaise with Group Head of Ethics and Supplier Compliance in devising, agreeing to, and delivering Coats' speak-up objectives • Coordinate cross-functional teams as required to deliver quick and accurate investigation outcomes and follow up actions • Converse with and prepare reports for the Board / GET / Divisions / Units / Functions / and other key stakeholders to update on investigations and ethics program initiatives / improvements • Early identification of trends, proactive identification of ethical issues and concerns, and work with cross units and functions in mitigating these risks • Use of technology to support these

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of industry experience in internal controls/GIA and/or risk management • Demonstrated strong investigation skills • Strong communication skills and an excellent ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Strong stakeholder relationship and management skills • Ability to articulate complex matters simply and concisely • A self-starter who can quickly prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels throughout the company
