📋 Description

• Provide technical support for application issues. • Lead major incidents until closure. • Perform RCA’s and Analyze and recommend corrective solutions. • Provide technical solutions to the Jr team members while triaging the incidents and service request. • Provide root cause analysis for repeated issues. • Responsible for maintaining .Net, VB and Angular applications using Client standard practices and techniques. • Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner. • Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, and architecture of the existing business applications and debugging the same.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6-10 Years’ experience working on .Net and VB technologies. • Solid understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, change management). • Prior experience in coding using VB, .Net, XML, etc. • Strong knowledge writing and debugging in PL/SQL, MS SQL Stored procedure, Views, Triggers and Functions. • Good knowledge of SSIS and SSRS. • Working experience with Dynatrace Monitoring and troubleshoot events based on alert. • Ability to review the application code and find the environment configuration, data mapping, understand Data flow between applications, etc. • Strong knowledge in Writing and Debugging MS SQL Stored Procedure, Functions, Triggers, Joins, etc. • Very good exposure in troubleshooting AutoSys Job failure. • Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership. • Good hands-on experience with SQL, stored procedure (Sybase, MS SQL server)
