Understanding of automotive development cycles, supplier ecosystems, and engineering organizations a plus. • Lead the customer success lifecycle—driving adoption, building trusted relationships, and proactively managing account health to prevent churn and accelerate expansion. • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise relationships and technical partnerships • Demonstrates high ownership, a strong bias for action, and a “quarterback” mindset that drives coordination and results. • Remote OK
