📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize **target companies** that would benefit from Hyper. • Research and engage with **CTOs**, **VPs of Engineering**, Product Leaders, and AI teams. • Craft highly personalized, technical outreach that clearly communicates Hyper’s value. • Qualify interest and book **high-quality meetings** for the Hyper GTM team. • Collaborate with **product**, **marketing**, and founders to refine messaging, demos, and sequences. • Support Hyper-driven GTM activities including events, executive dinners, demos, and conferences. • Build outbound sequences tailored for **technical buyers** and engineering-first organizations. • Apply best practices in outbound sales, **pipeline building**, and CRM discipline. • Contribute ideas to shape Hyper’s **early go-to-market** strategy and positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Engineering**, or relevant technical field (or equivalent experience). • **0–2 years** of experience in sales, SDR/BDR roles, or technical customer-facing positions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. • Curiosity and interest in **developer tools**, **AI platforms**, and software engineering workflows. • Self-starter with the ability to operate in **fast-paced**, evolving environments. • Comfortable using **LLMs** and **AI tools** for personalization, research, and productivity. • Eagerness to grow into roles such as **Account Executive**, **Partnerships**, or **Product GTM**
